What forms are required to place my order?
The Payment Policy Form & the Credit Card Authorization Form are always required along with the order forms for the specific items you are requesting. |

What is the discount deadline?
The discount deadline is customarily set about 2 weeks prior to the show. Furniture and material handling are offered at a specified rate before this deadline date. The discount deadline can be found in the upper right hand side of your BH&L order forms. |

How can I place my order?
Customer service representatives can answer any questions you might have, but at this time all orders must be placed via fax. |

How do I confirm my order was received?
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. You may then call customer service at 1-800-995-4245 for confirmation or complete the Exhibitor Inquiry Form below. |

What furnishings are included with my booth package? |
| |
Each show has a unique booth package. Please refer to the Show Information Sheet for information regarding your event or call our customer service representatives at 1-800-995-4245. |

Why is booth carpet 9’ x 10’ when my booth is 10’ x 10’? |
| |
A small area in the back of your booth is left uncarpeted in order to allow accessibility to electrical boxes, utilities, etc. |

Do I need to order cleaning? |
| |
Vacuuming or sweeping of booths and the emptying of wastebaskets is customarily NOT INCLUDED in your booth space rental. If you desire these services, you must order them. Please refer to the Cleaning Order Form in your exhibitor kit or call customer service at 1-800-995-4245. |

Drayage |

What is drayage? |
| |
Drayage or “material handling” includes:
Unloading of crated material
Storing at BH&L warehouse for up to 30 days prior to show
Reloading and unloading of truck and delivery to show site and your booth
Removal of empty shipping containers from your booth, storing, and returning at the close of show
Reloading materials onto outbound transportation |

How is drayage charged? |
| |
Drayage is calculated based on weight of your freight and the drayage rate. The drayage rate is applied per hundred pounds (cwt) with a 200lbs minimum. Please refer to the Exhibit Shipping Information & Drayage Rate Schedule in your service kit for specific rate information. |

When should I ship my freight? |
| |
Contact your carrier to determine the most preferable method to ship your freight. We recommend sending your freight to our advanced warehouse in order to have your freight in your booth upon your arrival. Please refer to your service kit to determine the advanced warehouse and show site shipment receiving dates. |
